Maurice brings deep experience from senior executive and board roles across global premium beverage businesses, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Compass Box Whisky, President of Incubation Brands and Global Commercial Development at Bacardi, COO Africa, Middle East and Caribbean at Suntory Beverage & Food, and Chief Marketing Officer at William Grant & Sons.
He is also the founder of Generous Spirits Ltd, where he provides leadership coaching, mentoring, and strategic advisory to help CEOs, C-suite leaders, and companies successfully scale their businesses while preserving their values, culture, and brand soul.
